Privacy
Pages is designed to collect as little as possible.
This site is a set of static pages. It does not have accounts, comments, a newsletter, or a contact form. Reading an essay does not require identifying yourself in any way.
What the server sees
Like any web server, ours records standard request logs: the IP address that connected, the user agent sent by the browser, the path requested, and the time. These logs are used for operations and security — to keep the site available and to understand failures — and are rotated out after 14 days.
What we do not do
- No cookies or local storage.
- No analytics or tracking scripts.
- No third-party fonts, embeds, or CDNs.
- No advertising or profiling.
- No selling or sharing of data.
Your choices
Because Pages has no accounts and no personal profiles, there is nothing to sign up for, export, or delete. If you are concerned about server logs, you can use a privacy-preserving network or a browser that limits request metadata; the site will work the same.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below will change with it. The current version is intentionally short.
